I never really thought this day would come. The day that I would walk away from Kate Bosworth Online (formerly Kate Bosworth Fan). This was my first fansite ever. It has been online since 2000. It began on a small space on Angelfire.com without a domain and quickly took a life of its own. I love this site. I love Kate. I guess it’s kinda sad to think how you can work so hard on something for someone and really get no acknowledgement for it. Not that I made the site for acknowledgement, but it’s nice to know that what we do as webmasters is appreciated by the people we make these websites for. I have no doubts that Kate is probably the sweetest person ever but she’s really not into the web world and has stated before that she doesn’t check out fansites or google herself. Despite that, I continued to work on the site, for years.

Like all good things, it must come to an end. Gertie now owns the domain and will be looking for a new webmaster. If you are interested, please inquire there and not here. All I can hope for is that the webmaster that takes over this website will take care of this site and all the hard, hard work and money I put into it.
